Meet the Arch Team

Arch Safeguarding brings together people who care about safer and fairer sport and who approach that work with curiosity and scientific depth. The team has grown steadily and now includes consultants whose backgrounds complement one another in a natural way.

🌍 Ayca (Türkiye to Lausanne) draws on experience in ethics, nutrition and volleyball and offers a sharp understanding of integrity questions in sport. She supports communication work at Arch.

 

💡 Isabelle (Singapore) is a dancer, mental health and safeguarding practitioner and a researcher trained at Stanford. She has helped advance safeguarding in dance sports and leads two scientific projects on education evaluation and on Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning frameworks in violence prevention.

 

🌿 Nina (Oslo) recently completed a doctorate on interpersonal violence in sport and is part of the work on Luxembourg’s first nationwide prevalence study.

 

🎓 Lauranna (Belgium and Netherlands) is a postdoctoral researcher in communication sciences and contributes to a national study on violence, doping and match fixing in sport.

 

🖥️ Polona (Slovenia) creates the website and develops the graphics and visuals that support the communication of Arch Safeguarding.

 

The team’s shared effort reflects a thoughtful and steady approach to building knowledge and improving practice across different sporting settings.
